Cape Haze Florida

The communities on the Cape Haze Peninsula are  located only minutes from white sandy beaches, shopping, golf courses (10 within 20 minutes), superb fishing and boating, as well as restaurants with fine dining. 

The deed-restricted community of Cape Haze West has spectacular homes located on the northern end of Placida Harbor. Many homes are placed on oversized lots and the streets meander through mature tropical vegetation.

Just a bit north of Cape Haze but still on the Peninsula you'll find the gated community of Eagle Preserve. Eagle Preserve is bordered on the west by Lemon Bay, and to the east by a nature preserve with nesting bald eagles (hence the name). The Lemon Bay Golf Club is located in the shadows of the preserve, making this a superb location for anyone who wishes to to play close to home.
